Dr. John Bell is Professor of Music st Southern Illinois University and Director of Bands at University of Northern Colorado. Was M.D. at Rocky Mountain Brassworks in Denver and appointed M.D. of St Loius Brass Band in 2006. Also adjudicated in U.S.A., Canada and Thailand.
