The Youth Brass Academy accepts students of all ability levels, requiring only determination and commitment to the time necessary to become a contributing member of our musical community. At-risk, underserved and mainstream students are all welcome to elevate a standard of musicianship, while serving music lovers and patrons in Huntsville and beyond.

The YBA mission will be achieved by providing engaging and transformative musical experiences for brass and percussion students through high standards of performance in the mediums of British-style and New Orleans-style brass bands. Our talented, dedicated, and professional staff strive to motivate and educate our players to reach their fullest potential.
