Manchester and District Association

MoominDave: This appears to contain contests run at several different times of year, and also to overlap with the Manchester District Contest, which I think was a later incarnation? Should they be put together or not? I also note that the later MDC seemingly has more than one time of year stuck together for some years. These contests need attention to be in good shape.
