In the event of a tie, the winner shall be the band with the higher points in the set test piece.

Test originally chosen was Sand and Stars (Thierry Deleruyelle). On 2nd October the Music Advisory Team announced that "having had feedback about the overly challenging nature of the Test piece... we have decided it is necessary to make a change".
