Newmains & District and Broxburn & Livingston receive an invitation to represent Scotland at the Second Section National Finals of Great Britain 2024.
Newmains & District and Clackmannan District will be promoted to the Scottish Championships First Section in 2025.
Selkirk Silver and Renfrew Burgh will be relegated to the Scottish Championships Third Section in 2025.
