Techno pirate is the last movement from the suite Pirate Adventures.
“Pirate Adventures” is a suite of four fun pieces written for Junior Band (4 Part and Percussion). It was commissioned in 2021 by the Scottish Brass Band Association, as part of a scheme to provide new music for youth bands. The 4 movements tells a story about the adventures of Pirates:

1. When the Pirate Met a Shark!
2. A Calm Night in the Bay
3. The Battle for the Treasure
4. Techno Pirate
   This suite provides an innovative addition to Junior Band repertoire and includes a recorded narration to help tell the story. The narration can be played or read out before each movement at the band’s discretion. The audio files for the narration are available to download from the download page. The music is written for 4 instrumental and 4 percussion parts which can be used flexibly depending on the percussion available.
