Richard Marsden

Born Darwen Lancashire, 1839, brother of Isaac Marsden. Was solo euphonium player with Bacup Old when they were at their pinnacle (1863 - 1871), moved onto euphonium at Halle Orchestra, moved to Scotland in 1888. Father of Angelo Marsden. Died May 1914.
